The first thing I figured I would start with is the yummy Back to Nature Banana Nut bar I have with breakfast each day. They're super yummy, about the same price as any other granola bar or oatmeal breakfast item and they're good for you, with lots of oatmeal, whole wheat flour, rasins, walnuts and bananas. No artificial gunk you don't recognize either. Just real ingredients you would have in your home anyway. I always just take them out of the wrapper and pop them in the toaster oven for a few minutes of heating so they are like they just came out of the oven (cause they did).
I also have an actual banana with breakfast each morning, natures perfect breakfast fruit. I love those things.
I also have one of these Dannon All Natural Yogurts. I think the blueberry is my favorite, or maybe peach. It's hard to say because they are all good. They actually taste like fruit and real yogurt instead of the weird stuff you get in the usual 'healthy' yogurts with the artificial sweetners and flavoring. I hardly ever drink milk, not that I don't like it, I just have a hard time using it fast enough for it to not spoil so it's kind of a waste to buy. So I eat a lot of yogurt and I take a calcium supplement. Since proper calcium intake may help prevent diabetes and other 'sugar processing' problems, plus I hate breaking my arms and stuff. I did that enough as a kid.
I round out breakfast with a couple other supplements, flax seed oil because those omega3 fatty acids are just too good for you, a general multivitamin for immune system and other stuff, and glucosamine for helping out my poor tortured joints. Being very overweight for the large majority of my 32 years has obviously not been good for my bendy parts so before they give out on me altogether I want to fix them up as much as possible.
The last part of breakfast is, of course, stretching, brushing teeth and showering. Then I put on clothes and go to work or whatever. That's it.
